**Quality Assurance Manager**

**About the role**

**Tasty Spices, part of the KFS Group, have an opportunity for an experienced QA Manager to join our team.**

This is a hands on role where you will manage and oversee all aspects of QA, working closely with Production and the Site Operations team to ensure manufactured products meet regulatory and customer standards.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Lead onsite Quality Assurance, ensuring all issues are identified, reported and addressed
- Manage and execute internal and external (third party and customer) audits, ensuring compliance to appropriate standards
- Training and Induction of new employees
- Involvement in WHS Committee
- Complete customer questionnaires, desk top audits and self assessments
- Develop and maintain HACCP, TACCP and VACCP programs
- Develop and maintain Quality Management Systems, Practices and Plans to ensure the quality of all product requirements
- Attending to non-conformances and customer complaints
- Conducting Root Cause Analyses and Risk Assessments

**About you**

**You will bring**:

- In depth experience working in Quality Assurance in a food manufacturing environment
- Tertiary qualifications in Food Science or a similar discipline
- Experience in food safety auditing
- Knowledge of New Product Development (NPD) desirable but not essential
- A safe, driven, can-do attitude
- A focus on continuous improvement
