We currently have a unique and rewarding full time opportunity at head office based in Laverton North to join our team. We are looking for an experienced, passionate and proactive Quality Assurance and OpEx Manager who will be accountable to the Director of Operations and is responsible for supporting the organisation to maintain quality, safety, risk, environment and compliance framework.

You will work collaboratively with a wide range of people from within and beyond the organisation to achieve quality improvements and strategic goals and act as the resource for all employees within the organisation on quality, risk, environment and safety matters.

The Quality Assurance and OpEx Manager will also be responsible for providing quality support and holds a pivotal role in the management and administration of the organizations electronic Quality Management System.

The incumbent will ensure compliance, continuous improvement and achievement of industry best practice.

The Successful applicant
- Demonstrated knowledge of and commitment to quality and compliance principles
- Demonstrated experience in the use of quality processes, including outcome measures/performance indicators, performance monitoring, bench marking and review
- Highly developed interpersonal skills including consultation and the ability to proactively establish and sustain effective stakeholder relationships
- Strong organizational skills, the capacity to successfully manage competing priorities, maintain attention to detail and meet deadlines
- Well-developed ability to undertake research and to prepare, collate, organize data and write clear reports of findings
- Understanding of audit processes related to accreditation Standards and Quality Management Systems
- Internal audit co-ordination experience would be highly regarded
- Detailed knowledge of standards, legislation and guidelines relevant to ISO9001 and NSOHS Accreditation
- Experience essential and relevant qualifications highly regarded

Pay: $110,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
