**The Company**:
An innovative, true R&D business that specialises within Endoscopy, Ultrasound and Minimally Invasive Surgery is seeking a Territory Manager to join their team and be the first person in Australia to promote their products This is an incredibly unique opportunity that will see you distribute high quality, award winning products to hospitals across NSW.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Promote an Endoscopic and Ultrasound portfolio to KOLs in both public & private hospitals across NSW
- Develop a coherent territory plan that includes a strategy for achieving sales targets and identifying new business opportunities
- Work alongside your manager on various tender and contracts
- Achieve strategic objectives including conversion of major accounts and growth with any current existing accounts
- Provide regular reports on activities and competitor insights
**About you**:
- Minimum 2 years **medical device sales** experience is essential
- Prior theatre sales experience is essential for this position
- Experience working within Endoscopy and/or Ultrasound is highly desirable
- Solid territory management skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport with a range of KOLs
- Self driven, autonomous and resilient
- Proactive, positive and adaptable
