We are seeking a Program Manager based in Sydney, to lead E2E Program delivery for a leading Australian Telecommunications Company in the rollout of new Digital & 5G technologies around the country

Role and Responsibilities:

- The Program Manager will be accountable for an end-to-end delivery and lead team of Project professionals
- Extensive (5 to 10 years) of program management delivery experience in Telecom Network Projects
- Customer facing engagements and reporting weekly on progress of delivery, and address risk and opportunity in a collaborative way, both internally or externally
- Proactively drive the required outcomes and work and manage delivery schedule including baseline, forecast and actual dates
- Handle end-to-end delivery process, governance, and relationships and manage budget, tracking cost versus progress
- Address project communication and reporting of progress and issues and maintain business partner relationships, encouraging positive work environment Manage project risk and opportunities - operational and commercial
- Implement delivery targets with quality and first-time-right approach. Have a continual improvement approach to streamline processes and obtain faster outcomes
- Should have Excellent competence and experience in program management
- Excellent Leadership, Communications & Negotiation Skills - ability and strength to negotiate and influence outcomes
- Proven experience to lead and align teams
