**Position Summary**

Program Manager with Insurance background will be focused on leading and managing a multi-year transformation program with a strong attention to Strategy, implementation while collaborating with our offshore teams. Extensive experience in Program and transformational Program Management, strong stakeholder management with experience of working at CXO level to bring in the expertise into the program.

This role will embed in a complex program involving multiple Client Business & IT teams, 3rd party vendors, other SI partners, it requires a breadth of experience in managing such programs in the past and navigating the program smoothly.

Change Management and dependency management is very key in such a program and changes are inevitable in such a large complex program.

**Duties And Responsibilities**
- Deliver Program Management & Governance services for inception of the transformation program with our insurance customer..
- Manage budget and monitor expenditure and costs against deliverables and realised benefits as programme develops
- Plan and monitor the programmes overall progress; Resolve any issues and instigate corrective action as appropriate (Issues management and analysis)
- Manage staff within the program team
- Ensure the delivery of new capability and/or services from the projects is to the appropriate level of quality, on time and within budget, according to the programme plan
- Take responsibility for the quality assurance and overall integrity of the programme
- Risk assessment of programme and subsequent management to ensure successful completion
- Manage dependencies and interfaces between projects
- Stakeholder management
- Ensure active management of financials including forecasting and accruals
- Vendor governance and control over deliverables
- Provide reports and ensure project manager working within the program provide reports showing the status of the project against agreed plans, with analysis of deviations and assessment of risks to future deliverables including ability to develop and implement go to green plans for projects in red or amber status

**Knowledge And Experience**
- A minimum of 12 years’ experience within Senior Project / Program management using leading methodologies and processes
- Experience of managing multiple parties including Senior stakeholders, delivery partners on innovative enterprise solutions
- Ability to manage large teams across multiple sites and create a sense of teamwork by pulling together the different members of the programme teams who may be unrelated and dissimilar
- Demonstrate a high level knowledge of project management delivery processes.
- Experience in SAFe agile processes
- Strong leadership and communication ability with a demonstrated ability to be pragmatic.
- Demonstrate exposure to delivery of Insurance based programs
- Demonstrate strong management capabilities and ability to work with cross functional teams
