The Program Manager (Entry-Level / Junior / Associate) will support the coordination and oversight of multiple related projects to achieve strategic business objectives. This role is ideal for a motivated professional looking to develop program management expertise and contribute to impactful initiatives across Australia.

Key Responsibilities


• Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating projects within the program


• Track progress, budgets, and deliverables to ensure alignment with program objectives


• Maintain program documentation, reports, and dashboards for stakeholders


• Facilitate communication and collaboration between project teams, clients, and senior management


• Identify risks, dependencies, and potential issues and support mitigation strategies


• Participate in meetings, prepare summaries, and follow up on action items


• Support process improvement initiatives to enhance program efficiency


• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and quality standards

Requirements


• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field


• 1–3 years of experience in project or program coordination/management


• Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)


• Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or Jira


• Strong organizational, analytical, and multitasking skills


• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities


• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple priorities
