About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented
Junior Program Manager
to support the planning, coordination, and execution of company programs across multiple teams. This role is ideal for candidates who are early in their career and eager to grow in program management. You will work alongside senior managers to track progress, manage timelines, ensure deliverables are met, and support communication across departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning, scheduling, and monitoring program activities.
  • Track program timelines, milestones, and deliverables using basic project management tools.
  • Support cross-functional collaboration between departments.
  • Prepare reports, meeting summaries, and documentation for stakeholders.
  • Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and action items with team members.
  • Identify potential risks or delays and alert senior managers when needed.
  • Help ensure objectives are aligned with company goals and budgets.
  • Maintain clear communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of workflows and program processes.

Skills & Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering, IT, or related field.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Basic understanding of program or project management concepts.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred (not mandatory):

  • Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or MS Project.
  • Internship or coursework related to program/project coordination.
  • Understanding of Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
