The Entry-Level / Junior Program Manager will assist in coordinating and overseeing multiple projects within broader programs to ensure alignment with business goals. This role is designed for an organized and proactive professional eager to develop program management skills while working in a collaborative and dynamic environment across Australia.

Key Responsibilities


• Support senior program managers in planning, organizing, and executing program activities


• Coordinate communication between project teams, stakeholders, and management


• Track progress, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely completion


• Prepare program documentation, reports, and status updates


• Identify potential risks and assist in developing mitigation plans


• Help manage budgets, schedules, and resource allocation across projects


• Contribute to process improvement initiatives and performance evaluations


• Maintain accurate and updated records to ensure program transparency and compliance

Requirements


• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field


• 1–3 years of experience in project or program coordination preferred


• Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)


• Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira)


• Strong organizational, time-management, and analytical skills


• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities


• Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
