We're passionate about our brand and dedicated to what we do. **A bit about the role...** We are seeking a highly-motivated, curious and results-driven logistics professional with a keen taste for Patisseries. Day to day, this role will see you introducing processes and procedures to ensure: - our products are appropriately maintained (stock and inventory management), - that our yummy goodies get to their destination efficiently (dispatch and logistics management), and - that our equipment and facilities are ín good working order (facility and asset management). **What we need from you...** This role is ideal for someone who has a background in food and/or hospitality, and has spent their recent time gaining expertise in warehouse/dispatch operations. We are looking for an inquisitive individual, curious to learn and grow with our business. Specifically, we are looking for the following skills and experience: - Relevant experience: Proven track record in a logistics / supply chain role. Previous experience in Kitchen Operations highly regarded and considered an advantage - Certificate 3 in Patisserie or commercial cookery highly advantageous - Professional work ethic: reliability, accountability and a strong commitment to supporting the broader team - People management: previous experience managing and developing a diverse team - Demonstrated passion for premium hospitality service founded by an appreciation of quality produce. - Problem solving and critical thinking skills with a continuous improvement mindset. - Demonstrated capability to multi-task, with strong organisational skills. - Strong knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations and HACCP. **Unique offerings for superstar employees...** Our team members are true superstars bringing to life our journey through the galaxy of never ending possibilities.
