Restaurant Supervisor

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

We are seaching for passionate and career driven Restaurant Supervisor to join the team at The Camelia, Alexandria. Responsible for attending to a variety of venue functions whilst ensuring the smooth flow of restaurant operations, you'll also assist with the launch of the new outdoor dining terrace just in time for the summer months

With a natural aptitude for service delivery, you'll lead a dynamic team to deliver Public’s personalised signature service for each of our guests and to the local community

**ABOUT YOU**
- Guest service is in your DNA
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an a la carte restaurant setting
- You have a passion for training and developing a team
- Strong knowledge of the local dining scene and thorough wine knowledge
- You are punctual, reliable, trustworthy, self-driven and quick problem solver.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills, you enjoy multi-tasking.
- Thoroughness and attention to detail is essential.
- You hold a valid Australian work visa

**Salary**: $64,985.00 - $70,000.00 per year
