The Position
The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for supporting the business with the day-to-day management of the Calendar Cheese Warehouse, production operations, inwards goods, transport, distribution and customer order fulfilment.
**Skills and Experiences**:
**Key Responsibilities include**:

- Support the picking and packing of orders and facilitate picking enquiries.
- Assisting customer service with stock information upon request
- Support the closing shift by maintaining order pick sequence and general “in-house” PM routine
- Support with Quality Assurance compliance requirements.
- Support the training of new staff and refresher training for existing staff.
- Monthly reporting and time sheets for casuals. General admin duties as required.

Skills & Experiences
- Experience working in a FMCG or 3PL warehouse
- Microsoft Office 365 suite with intermediate Word & Excel skills
- Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask
- Effective communication and people management skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
