Warehouse Supervisor

**We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor (2IC) to be a part of our growing team.**

**Roles and responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- **Supervise the Warehouse Operations including receiving dispatching stock, overseeing of orders and returns management.**:

- **Communicating with other departments, staff groups and suppliers**:

- **Assist the Inventory Team Lead with keeping stock control systems up to date and planning future capacity requirements**:

- **Lead the team on daily events and be able to make decision to solve issues on the day or escalate and deliver best results.**:

- **Ensuring the health, safety, cleanliness and security of the work environment**:

- **Initiate and implement process improvements**:

- **Assist with management of couriers/transportation in terms of delivery receipt/dispatch**:

- **Deliver own KPIs and support direct reports to deliver their KPIs.**:

- **Assist with management of warehouse staff and casual rostering**:

- **Hands-on training for newly hired warehouse staff.**:

- **Physically demanding — may be required to lift up to 20kg**
- **Demonstrated experience in as a warehouse supervisor or manager.**:

- **Mandarin speakers would be advantageous, but not essential**:

- **3+ years experience in warehouse environment**:

- **Valid Australian Drivers License**:

- **Experience with eCommerce/ fashion is preferred**:

- **Experience with WMS PeopleVox or similar highly regarded**:

- **High-level of attention to detail and accuracy**:

- **Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written**:

- **Computer literate.**:

- **MS Excel or Google sheets experience is essential.**
