About the role

We’re currently seeking an Order Fulfilment Supervisor to join our team at our Sydney Processing Centre in Alexandria. The Order Fulfilment Supervisor will lead the Order Fulfilment team in fulfilling customer orders and ensuring the timely distribution of life-giving blood and other products to Approved Health Providers.

Demonstrated ability to lead and coach warehouse or distribution teams

Experience in the coaching, development and performance management of employees to deliver results

Ability to understand and relay strategic objectives and drive operational performance against key performance indicators

Operational knowledge and experience of customer service, and warehouse and distribution processes and principles

Operational experience in a regulated GMP environment desirable

Passionate about delivering great customer service

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Technical and digital aptitude with a high attention to detail

This is a permanent, full-time opportunity, working a rotating team roster across Monday to Friday, between 6.30am and 10.30pm.
