We are seeking an **Operations Supervisor** to partner with our Operations Manager and support our Operations Controllers at our **Alexandria Offices in NSW**. If this is you, keep reading
**Responsibilities will include but not limited to**:
- Providing a professional, consistent and effective service to customers, subcontractors and internal stakeholders;
- Take a leading role in ensuring our fleet are fully compliant with NHVR Regulations and COR regulations;
- Ensuring subcontractor equipment, driver and company information is updated and maintained;
- Ensuring job status is maintained, accurate and updated efficiently;
- Use of 3rd Party Safety Systems / fleet management systems;
- Assisting in the recruitment of new subcontractors in order to grow the ResourceCo contractor database;
- Ensuring appropriate response times to clients are maintained through effectively handling any on site matters;
- Ensuring administrative activities, data preparation, processing, analysis, storage and reporting activities are implemented, efficient and responsive; and
- Continuously improving the systems and processes, to improve efficiency and meet the increasing demands generated by growth in our business.
- Implementing ResourceCo Values (Sustainable, Committed, Creative and Agile) into day-to-day practice
- Supporting a highly functioning team by promoting a hands-on, people-focused, and inclusive approach to workplace culture and collaborative work styles
- Deliver excellent customer service to the business’s customers who include both importing and exporting of clean & contaminated waste materials as well as outgoing product customers
- Lead, mentor and work alongside the Operations Manager and State Manager to reach KPI’s for your team
**To be considered for the role, you will need to**:
- Qualifications in a relevant logistics discipline would be advantageous, however not essential;
- Sound experience in fleet allocation/scheduling preferably within the transport, civil construction or earthmoving industry;
- Work both autonomously & collaboratively in a small close knit team;
- Ability to prioritize work flows;
- Strong people leader qualities including strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills - people centred support approach
