**Job Summary**:

**Duties/Responsibilities**:

- Keep current with the latest privacy trends in technology, legislation, and risk assessment methodologies.
- Assist customers in understanding and evaluating UserTesting's privacy program.
- Identify privacy gaps in existing and proposed technologies, processes, and policies and recommend changes or enhancements.
- Assist in developing and maintaining privacy policies, technical standards, subprocessor lists and notifications, guidelines, and procedures.
- Engage with the Product and Engineering, Enterprise Systems, and Information Technology organizations throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Assist in conducting product reviews and communicating the results of privacy compliance to leadership.
- Work with legal counsel to review data processing agreements or privacy requirements in contracts, work orders, and other customer agreements to ensure it aligns with the company's privacy policies and practices.
- Assist in maintaining compliance with internal controls and certifications.
- Coordinate with the legal team to transpose new privacy regulations into product requirements and engage with relevant Product Managers to communicate these requirements.
- Assist the legal and security teams in facilitating audits performed within the Product and Engineering, Enterprise Systems, and Information Technology teams.
- Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to compile metrics for regular reports to leadership.
- Develop and track ongoing privacy awareness and training.
- Respond to data incidents and help keep track of post-incident tasks.
- Conduct data transfer and privacy impact assessments and report on KPIs.
- Assist in implementing new privacy practices to ensure compliance with privacy laws.
- Monitor privacy controls to ensure compliance and proper consent is collected.
- Maintain the record of processing and updating data mapping and inventory.

**Required Skills/Abilities**:

- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
- Organizational skills, ability to multitask, strong attention to detail, excellent problem solving, and follow-up skills required.
- Work in a team environment and independently, make decisions and multitask effectively in a very diverse, project-oriented environment.
- Ability to complete high-quality deliverables and is a team player.

- To learn and comprehend basic instructions, understand the meanings of words and respond effectively, and perform basic arithmetic accurately and quickly.
- Demonstrated ability to identify risks associated with privacy technology projects.

**Education and Experience**:

- Experience with and knowledge of standards and frameworks such as the International Organization for Standardization (ISO), and National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), and privacy regulations, including Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA)/California Consumer Privacy Act (CPRA), and
