The Role

Reporting to the Planning Manager, the Inventory Analyst will be responsible for the end-to-end inventory reporting at New Balance. You will analyse, simplify, and communicate stock health across all business departments, ensuring alignment between demand forecasts, sales, and supply.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Building and optimising reporting systems to track inbound and outbound stock
- Partnering with finance, planning, sales, and operations to overcome discrepancies and drive alignment
- Presenting complex inventory data in a clear, engaging way to stakeholders across the business
- Driving continuous improvement by building and refining reporting templates, with a strong focus on accuracy and visibility

Sitting within the planning team, this role oversees inventory across wholesale, retail, and e-commerce channels. It is an exciting opportunity to make a direct impact on efficiency, visibility, and decision-making across the business.

Skills & Experience

- Advanced Excel capability; ERP and Power BI experience highly desirable
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to simplify complex data
- Excellent communication skills to influence and engage stakeholders
- A continuous improvement mindset with problem-solving ability
- Experience managing inventory data across multiple channels (wholesale, retail, e-commerce)
- A self-starter approach with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
