We have a Service Desk Analyst opportunity for a 12 month fixed-term to assist in providing level 1 and 2 IT support to our clients.
- PoV Grade 3, $74,580 - $82,571
About the role
Are you looking for a role where you can provide service desk support to a diverse client group including Members of Parliament? In this role you will maintain high levels of ownership throughout an incident lifecycle to satisfactory resolution.
You will develop and maintain effective working relationships with users by demonstrating a detailed understanding of their support requirements with a primary focus on the provision of excellent customer service.
