**Duties and responsibilities will include**:

- Developing strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders (sales, credit, brokers)
- Comply with all legislative requirements including, NCCP, Privacy Act and AML/CTF
- Internal reporting and other administrative duties

In order to be considered for this role you will have the following key attributes, skills and strengths:

- Consumer and business lending practices and principles secured by residential mortgages
- Minimum of five years previous experience as a credit analyst in Finance/Banking/Mortgage markets
- Ability to analyse and interpret complex company and trust financials and structures
- Knowledge and understanding of mortgage terminology
- Outstanding customer service, relationship building and team collaboration skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and time management skills whilst having an eye for attention to detail
- Highly motivated, self-driven and able to work autonomously as well as in a team
- Having previously held a delegated lending authority will be favourably considered
- Tertiary studies in finance, business or accounting will be highly desirable
