**Required**:
**Must have have experience coaching, training and instructing high level amateur athletes in a team setting. Experience working with female athletes would be highly regarded. Promote sports and skills development, and oversee the participation of young people and other special groups in sport.**

**Full time position and over three years experience with all first aid and safety certificates required.**
- **Minimum 3 years practical sports development experience**:

- **First Aid & CPR Certified**

Excellent verbal communications and listening skills.Outgoing, energetic, and passionate about sports and helping others.Ability to learn and adapt quickly.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Responsible for ongoing Team Education & presentations at team meetings**:

- **Communicate on a regular basis with Owner**:

- **Coaching, training and instructing athletes, contractors and employees by analysing performances and developing abilities**:

- **Planning and directing strategies, developing play patterns and analysing game progress**:

- **Motivating Sportspersons and supervising practice sessions**:

- **Motivating youths and supervising coaching**:

- **Updating Internship Manual & Training new Interns**:

- **Recruiting training staff**:

- **Promoting sports and skills development, and overseeing the participation of young people**:

- **Responsible for all member wellness programmes**:

- **Fitness Testing and Progression Consultations**:

- **Member Retention and Recruitment**:

- **Responsible for all group social wellness events and sport**:

- **Arranging and encouraging entries into sporting competitions such as Tough Mudder, Hyrox and City to Surf for sports persons**:

- **Recruitment of additional sports persons**:

- **Coach Education & presentations at team meetings**:

- **Conduct Quarterly Trainer/Coach Reviews with Trainers and Business Manager**:

- **Updating coaching manuals**:

- **Record and distribute ongoing coaching videos to coaching staff and sports persons utilizing social media**:

- **Weekly Workout Programming**:

- **Maintains a strong presence with sports persons and is accessible to both sports persons and coaches**:

- **Provide exceptional service to sports persons and coaches**

**Desirable qualifications**
- **Qualified Personal Trainer**:

- **Qualified Gym Instructor**:

- **Qualified Group Exercise Instructor**

This is a full time role and remuneration is $75,000.

Pay: $75,000.00 per year
