Are you ready to take the next step in your web development career? Wise Up Marketing is looking for a Web Developer with 2–4 years' experience to help us build beautiful, functional, and scalable websites for small businesses that are ready to grow.

You'll work across Shopify, WordPress and Squarespace, collaborating with our Head of Web and digital team to create websites that not only look incredible but also perform.

What You'll Do

  • Build, customise and optimise websites across Shopify, WordPress and Squarespace
  • Work within Elementor Pro for Wordpress development, and occassionaly create or problem solve within Divi and WP Bakery
  • Implement and configure apps, plugins, and integrations with CRMs, analytics, and marketing tools
  • Manage multiple projects at once, using to stay organised and on track
  • Collaborate with within the team to deliver projects on time and to brief
  • Conduct testing, troubleshoot bugs and ensure websites are fast, reliable and SEO-friendly
  • Work with Figma designs and translate them into clean, responsive, accessible builds that look great on all devices
  • Migrate data, images and content as part of new site builds and "rethemes"
  • Manage all server-side settings to create hosting, migrate a website live and manage DNS records when required
  • Communicate with clients in clear, non-technical language when needed
  • Stay curious about new web tools, AI, and emerging technologies that can improve our client experience

What You'll Bring

  • 2–4 years experience in web development (agency experience ideal but not essential)
  • Proficiency with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS/SCSS, JavaScript) and modern frameworks
  • Experience building with Shopify, Squarespace, WordPress
  • Understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and SEO best practices
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
  • Ability to manage multiple projects while keeping quality high
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
