
Office Manager

As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient functioning of office operations and services. You will manage administrative activities, supervise staff, maintain compliance with regulations, and coordinate office resources effectively.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Contribute to the planning and review of office services, setting priorities and service standards.
- Allocate human resources, office space, and equipment to optimize efficiency.
- Assign tasks and monitor staff performance to maintain productivity.
- Manage office records, accounts, and documentation.
- Liaise with professionals to coordinate office business and resolve issues.
- Ensure the maintenance of office equipment and supply inventory.
- Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
- Ensure all office operations adhere to government legislation, policies, and procedures.
- Coordinate personnel activities, including hiring, promotions, performance management, payroll, training, and supervision.
**Qualifications & Experience**:
- Formal qualifications in Business Administration, Management, or a related field are preferred.
- At least three years of relevant experience may substitute for the formal qualifications listed above.
- In some instances, relevant experience and/or on-the-job training may be required in addition to formal qualifications.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in office software and management tools.

- The role is mainly Monday-Friday with 40 hours per week. There are the occasional evenings and weekends that are required to work due to business volume, but time-in-lieu will be applied appropriately in order to manage the weekly hours. Are you available to work the occasional evening/weekend?

**Experience**:
- Customer relationship management: 3 years (required)
