B2c Marketing Manager

Primary Responsibilities:

- Contribute to strategies and plan and manage the effective delivery of all consumer marketing campaigns.
- Work closely with the marketing leadership team, business stakeholders and our partners to identify opportunities to drive growth.
- Collaborate with stakeholders (internal and external) to develop briefs, content and creative for marketing campaigns.
- Manage media and search requirements including spend and performance metrics.
- Develop relevant analytical reporting to measure performance of marketing campaigns.
- Prepare and present regular marketing performance reports and insights to key stakeholders including management.

About you

As a strong B2C Marketing Manager you possess an eye for detail and a passion to think outside the box and come up with creative solutions. You get a thrill out of collaborating cross-functionally, writing killer marketing briefs and creating insight-driven campaigns that deliver measurable results in brand preference, customer acquisition and sales growth. You are adept at utilising paid, owned and earned channels effectively to deliver funnel results, and strive to improve campaign performance and efficiency. A growth mindset to continuously develop and strive for a career at Team Global Express along with a can-do attitude will set you up for success.

We are looking for someone with:

- 6 years of consumer marketing experience in a corporate environment.
- Proven capabilities developing and delivering integrated campaigns including marketing via traditional and digital media, campaign automation and paid search.
- Experience in managing creative and media agencies.
- Working knowledge of market segmentation, targeting, brand positioning and architecture.
- The ability to manage and influence key stakeholders across the business.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Exceptional project and time management skills and ability to manage multiple competing objectives at the same time.
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced and evolving environment with a demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and stay within budget.
