About the role
Team Global Express are seeking a Head of Segments & GTM Campaigns, this role will see you responsible for the execution of the Brand Strategy by bringing to life the new brand positioning to accelerate growth across all customer segments and go-to-market campaigns. Working cross-functionally and collaboratively across the organisation and our agency partners, to ensure aligned understanding and delivery of our brand strategy. This is a new role and it is a unique moment in corporate Australia as Team Global Express (formally Toll Global Express) transforms its business to reposition for a stronger future.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the development of annual marketing planning and strategies
- Actively lead, manage and develop team members with a strong focus on coaching, career development and team/individual engagement
- Lead all go to market campaigns covering; strategy, execution and campaign evaluation
- Define, lead and optimise end to end segment campaigns driving audience engagement and generating sales leads
- Lead the evolution of customer value propositions covering B2B and B2C
- Develop, execute and embed sales collateral, case studies and pitch decks to support sales conversion
- Day to day management of 3rd party agencies (media, creative, sponsorship)

We are looking for someone who is:
- A strong people leader with marketing leadership experience
- A brand expert who has a deep understanding of the complexity of brand, what a brand stands for, the language used and the importance of brand positioning
- Degree qualified in marketing, businesses or related discipline or relevant experience in innovative, transformation environments
- A solution focused problem solver, meaning you are resourceful and independent
- Calm under pressure, resilient and thrives in a growth mindset environment
- Passionate about growth and development and has strong emotional intelligence
- Self-motivated, detail oriented, takes ownership of your work quality and enjoys continuous improvement.
- Customer centric and is a role model for this across the organisation
- Strategic and can manage and lead the performance of the Segment & GTM team to ensure delivery of the strategic plan so Team Global Express meets its business objectives
- Able to excite and align business partners about brand and communicate the brand vision across the organisation
