We are a designer and manufacturer of patient-specific dental implants and prosthetics. Due to growth, we’re now looking for a Sales Representative in Victoria. You will have ownership and accountability for managing key healthcare professional relationships within your territory. You will provide a consistent, technology-led and value-added service for dental professionals and prosthodontists that supports best treatment outcomes for patients.

**Your responsibilities include**:

- Using insights to develop and deliver a comprehensive plan to drive value and deliver growth within your territory.
- Identifying, building and developing relationships with dental health professionals to sell a complete line of high quality, state-of-the-art dental implant products.
- Providing on-call service to existing customers and maintaining strong business relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Visiting clients to establish selling opportunities or follow up and ensuring satisfaction with our products and resolving any problems
- Manage key customer accounts and targeted customers
- Understand customers objectives, buying criteria and decision-making processes to form long standing mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Manage customer enquiries and needs

**To be successful in this role you will have**:

- Experience in a field-based Sales Representative role (dental implant or digital dentistry experience preferred)
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
- Clear and influential communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both dental and commercial stakeholders.
- A sharp commercial focus complemented by outstanding sales and relationship-building skills.
- Tenacity, resilience and leadership attributes and a team orientated approach.
- Tertiary qualification in medical science, dental technology or a related field.
