**Your new role**
With the demand for skilled staff growing every day, we have the need for an outcomes focused Manager to join our busy Melbourne business and help lead the way across multiple specialisms.
Working as a Manager at Hays gives you the opportunity to manage not only your own client portfolio, but also impact success and growth across the entire business using your exceptional leadership and development skills.
**What you'll need to succeed**
To be successful you'll already have a successful career in agency recruitment, perhaps in Banking, Finance, Construction, IT or another professional services arena. With this experience you will be able to demonstrate exceptional business development and relationship management qualities.
You’ll also be able to demonstrate your success in developing others to reach their potential and your genuine passion for accelerating careers.
