- A hands-on billing Recruitment Team Manager to lead our Melbourne business.
- Highly motivated individual with a strong sales background.
- Responsible for delivering both an individual sales budget as well as the annual sales budget for the business.
- Drive the culture, train, and retain staff, attract & grow the team whilst running the daily operations of a busy recruitment business.
- Champion exceptional service delivery and play a vital role in training and developing the team.
- Utilise your IT recruitment knowledge to help the team take market share through your strategic guidance.

- 1-3 years Recruitment Team Lead/Management experience.
- IT&T or relevant Technical Recruitment experience.
