**Your new role**
As an already accomplished 360’ recruiter in the market, your expertise, professionalism and exceptional communication skills will ensure you provide the best service in the market and become a go to industry expert.
Working as a Section Manager at Hays gives you the opportunity to manage not only your own client portfolio, but also impact success and growth across the entire business using your exceptional relationship and business development skills.
You’ll demonstrate the confidence to work strategically to further develop your client base, utilising an established and ambitious sales plan, incorporating your current network of owners, General Managers and Senior Sales leaders across the industry.
