MAP Co is responsible for the delivery of the Melbourne Arts Precinct Transformation project as well as the operations, programming, promotion and maintenance of Federation Square and the new Melbourne Arts Precinct public spaces.

The Melbourne Arts Precinct Transformation project will deliver The Fox: NGV Contemporary, a new gallery dedicated to contemporary art and design; an 18,000 square metre public open space in the heart of the precinct; significant upgrades to the State Theatre; and new restaurants and bars throughout the space. When complete, the Melbourne Arts Precinct will shine a light on Australia's incredible creative talent and serve a global cultural tourist drawcard.

The Role
This wide-reaching role sits within the People & Performance team who are responsible for providing people solutions that support MAP Co to attract, develop and retain the best talent available. People & Performance team partners with the business to build a high performing culture that is engaged, aligned, and committed to delivering the MAP Co Strategy.
This role will lead the recruitment process within MAP Co, providing day to day support to the People & Performance Team and Hiring Managers through the talent acquisition process. The prime responsibility of the Recruitment Partner is to maintain a strong employer brand, through the delivery of a seamless end to end recruitment service to the organisation and job applicants. This role will manage the recruitment process across all levels of the organisation, maintain the job platforms and job boards, and will tailor the best recruitment solutions for each role they recruit for, working closely with their hiring managers.
This role will provide knowledge and expertise to review, develop and implement new recruitment policy and procedures in line with MAP Co's requirements and within expectations of a government entity.
Accountabilities
- Partner closely with hiring managers to provide a full end to end recruitment service including advice on position descriptions and advertising campaigns, setting expectations on timeframes, and outlining roles and responsibilities of the involved parties in the recruitment process.
- Translate a position description and recruitment brief into an attractive job ad and advertising campaign.
- Contribute to the Employer Brand and Diversity and Inclusion Strategies that pertain to recruitment and implement them accordingly.
- Manage the recruitment systems and advertising platforms, including content creation, and system configuration.
- Coordinate the issuing of testing and manage the presentation of psychometric results in partnership with the provider.
- Coach managers on how to prepare for interviews and how to demonstrate our EVP through the process.
- Manage the end process to present criteria, results, and testing to assist hiring managers with their final selection.

Your Experience
- Demonstrated experience working across the full end to end recruitment process, across multiple role types and varying levels of seniority.
- Proven experience in creating your own tools to enable a robust selection process against criteria.
- Experience partnering directly with hiring manager on recruitment campaigns and being responsible for appointing successfully within set timeframes
- Experience in managing a recruitment process through a talent acquisition system (use of Springboard is desirable but not essential)
- Experience of working within a talent acquisition system to harness and utilise to full potential
- Experience in creating own recruitment communication, recruitment templates and processes
- Demonstrated warm and engaging communication style, and ability to provide constructive feedback in a supportive way is essential

**Qualifications**:
Experience partnering with the business as the in-house recruitment function and single point of contact for all recruitment needs and enquiries is not mandatory but highly desirable.
