**About the role**
The eCommerce and Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for the eCommerce and digital ecosystem; spanning website performance and customer experience, paid digital marketing, digital communications and ownership of online revenue targets and the functions profit and loss.

In this role you will be the champion of our online store, demonstrating a digital-first mindset and a clear and deep understanding of the Gewürzhaus customer. You will own the ongoing development of online and digital strategies, working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure this is realised, and any digital agencies or external contractors to ensure investment is optimised and returning value.

**About you**
- Degree level qualification in Marketing or other relevant discipline
- Demonstrated experience in using customer insight and data to influence digital marketing decisions
- Extensive experience in eCommerce, online sales and marketing in an FMCG or retail business
- A track record in managing multiple, highly detailed projects
- Exceptional attention to detail, with an eye for design
