**Responsibilities**:
Role Purpose

The Digital Campaign Coordinator role is an exciting role within Bolster’s Digital Marketing Team. You’ll work closely with our Digital Marketing Lead and Senior Digital Campaign Managers to work on exciting digital marketing campaigns for some of Australia’s most iconic entertainment and culture clients. The Digital Campaign Coordinator will support and execute on wider digital campaigns lead by a Digital Campaign Manager or Senior Digital Campaign Manager, and over time run smaller campaigns end-to-end.

You will eventually be able to run paid campaigns on platforms like Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google, Snapchat, TikTok, Spotify and more. You will get training in order to run the campaigns from start to finish, including channel planning, ad copy, asset briefing, trafficking, optimising and report.

If you're up for the challenge you'll get to:

- Undertaking any self-paced, self guided training as directed by the Digital Marketing Lead or your Line Manager
- Attending 1:1 and group training as directed by the Digital Marketing Lead or Digital Technical Specialist
- Preparing for and attending client WIPs
- Updating media schedules
- Assisting Digital Campaign Managers with budget management
- Digital campaign execution including trafficking and optimising
- Setting up and maintaining reporting dashboards and end-of-campaign reports
- Writing ad copy
- Assisting with ad hoc tasks for other digital team members- Interest in digital advertising and marketing
- Great attention to detail and good with numbers
- Basic statistical ability (e.g. able to calculate percentages)
- Self-starter with training and learning
- Can-do, excited attitude to trying and testing out new tools, platforms and ad products
- Not necessary but nice to have experience with:

- Facebook Business Manager
- Google Ads (e.g. Google Search, Video, Google Display Network)
- Snapchat Ads Manager
- TikTok Ads Manager
- Twitter Ads
- Spotify Ads Studio
- AdRoll or similar trading desks
- Google Campaign Manager 360
- EDM marketing
- Google Tag Manager
- Personable and able to be client facing
- Cool and calm under pressure
