**Description**:
ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for an experienced Marketing and Communications professional with a passion for writing and creating compelling and engaging stories to join our team. Reporting to the Executive Marketing, Project & Change manager, you will be working with a close-knit team. Your main role as Marketing and Communications Manager will be to implementing GJK’s marketing strategy to build brand awareness, market services, generate leads and create engaging content.
**Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:
- Plan, develop and execute digital marketing programs and campaigns, including online adversiting, website, eDM and social media
- Own digital marketing best practices and standards within GJK, including reporting measurement and return on investment for marketing campaigns.
- Continually monitor and improve the usability, content and conversion points of website to support company growth objectives
- Develop, manage and design layouts of communications such as presentations, newsletters, event support materials, brochures, etc
- Develop relevant, unique, entertaining and engaging content to drive loyalty and profitable action from customers
- Manage external marketing and design agency relationships fulfilling design briefs and meeting deadlines.
- Organise and execute conferencing events, sponsorships and association relationships. Including end to end support.
- Act as ‘brand guardian’ ensuring consistency across all internal and external communications
- Ensure ‘brand voice’ is consistent across all internal and external communications
- Write compelling and interesting content to attract audiences and raise the companies profile

**Skills and Experiences**:
About you
Industry-relevant experience or degree in communications/marketing or design
Experience implementing Marketing and Communication strategies in B2B environment preferred
Proven track record of creativity and innovation, turning ideas into tangible outcomes
Proven experience of great content creation and storytelling
Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence others
Solid writing/editing skills
Ability to work under pressure and multi-task under tight deadlines
Experienced using social media platforms for corporate marketing purposes
Experience with Google Analytics and other reporting / analytic tools
Experience and knowledge of marketing automation systems, Pardot preferrable
Experience and knowledge of WordPress
Experience and knowledge of various analytical / measure tools
Strong time management skills
Self-motivated and self-reliant
