RPS is seeking an Accounts Payable Officer with excellent attention to detail and time management skills to join our finance team based in Fortitude Valley. If you are an accounts payable officer, an experienced administrator looking to embark on a new challenge in a high performing close knit finance team or a current/recent graduate looking to gain some experience this role could be for you.

**Your Impact**

As an Accounts Payable Officer and a key member of the finance team, you will be responsible for;
- Accurately coding and processing high volume invoices on a daily basis
- Statement reconciliation
- Record keeping and Ad-hoc reporting
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Adding and maintaining accurate vendor information
- Preparing payment runs - EFT, BPay and international payments

You love to roll up your sleeves and get stuff done. You have great interpersonal skills which assist you to build and maintain strong relationships with your internal stakeholders.

You will also have
- Excellent investigative skills and the ability to work to tight deadlines;
- Recent experience with Microsoft Dynamics, is desirable;
- Solid computer literacy skills including experience using the Microsoft suite.
