Are you confident, outgoing, and passionate about renewable energy? Nexen Energy Solutions is looking for motivated **Lead Generators** to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who loves talking to people, enjoys hitting targets, and wants to make a real impact in the clean energy industry.

What You’ll Do
- Generate new customer leads through calls, door-knocking, events, and online channels.
- Qualify prospects for solar, battery storage, and EV charging solutions.
- Book appointments for our Sales Representatives to close deals.
- Represent Nexen Energy Solutions at community events and trade shows.
- Work towards achievable weekly and monthly lead targets.

What We’re Looking For
- Excellent communication skills and a positive, professional attitude.
- Confidence in approaching and engaging with people.
- Previous lead generation or telemarketing experience (preferred but not essential).
- A genuine interest in renewable energy.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and reliable.
