As the Technical lead GI data warehouse, you'll assist in delivering the end-to-end development and support of GI Data Warehouse solutions to deliver high quality data services for our business and operations.

This role will be critical to identifying opportunities to improve existing processes and practices around GI Data Warehouse and will contribute to the improvement of the platform.

**You'll be responsible for**:
- Development and support of GI Data Warehouse solutions to enable and drive insight generation and effective decision making.- Engaging and collaborating with business divisions to understand their data related requirements and implement solutions to meet identified enterprise and division specific needs.- Adhering to good business intelligence and data technology practices to drive more effective and efficient use of data technology systems.- Following governance controls to manage the effective use of data technologies at Allianz Australia- Identifying and analysing emerging trends in data technology to provide input for upcoming development and enhancement initiatives

**What's important to your success**:
- Strong SQL, SAS Base and Data Warehouse modelling techniques.- Significant experience in delivery of complex data warehouse solutions and Data Warehouse development lifecycle.- Expertise to develop new data warehouse capabilities and understand existing operations across the business.-
- Knowledge of industry trends and technological developments in Data Platforms.- Excellent communication skills, capable of communicating with audiences at all levels with clarity, impact, and influence.- Demonstrated evidence of ability to partner effectively with business colleagues and establish strong professional relationships across the enterprise to be self-motivated to drive and deliver solutions to improve business outcomes.- Development and support of GI Data Warehouse solutions to enable and drive insight generation and effective decision making.- Engaging and collaborating with business divisions to understand their data related requirements and implement solutions to meet identified enterprise and division specific needs.- Adhering to good business intelligence and data technology practices to drive more effective and efficient use of data technology systems.- Following governance controls to manage the effective use of data technologies at Allianz Australia- Identifying and analysing emerging trends in data technology to provide input for upcoming development and enhancement initiatives
