Human Resources Support Officer
Lead College seeking a Human Resources Support Officer professional with a track record of building an organisational culture in a Registered Training Organisation environment. The Human Resources Support Officer will provide strategic and operational leadership to our growing business, which places a high emphasis on knowledge, professionalism and integrity. We currently have a team of around 70 staff in different campuses in Australia, with an expectation of further significant growth.
We are seeking a applicant with the capacity to offer strategic leadership and is adept in ensuring that transactional and operational HR services are provided with the utmost accuracy and professionalism. The successful candidate will enjoy working independently but equally, is willing to be accountable for their own decisions and outcomes.
The Role
Reporting to the Management this will be instrumental in providing broad generalist and HR strategy advice across Australia. You will provide the Executive team with a variety of HR strategy Support in the area of talent /succession planning employee relations, retention strategies and performance management. You will play a vital part in shaping the future of our organisation.
You may need to travel interstate.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES / TASKS
- Experience working with and supporting Senior Management & Leadership teams
- Provide guidance to design Area, Countries and Functional's People Priorities;
- Translate strategies into action: talent acquisition, talent development, performance management, total rewards;
- Provide advice and support to managers on the development and growth for all employees;
- Manage annual performance and salary reviews (and recognise initiatives);
- Understand business requirements and recommend strategies that support these requirements;
- Support managers on organization efficiency and team/individual management;
- Support managers by providing them with guidance and tools to help them manage and develop their teams daily;
- Support managers in challenging cases; manage litigations and separations (disciplinary procedures and difficult cases);
- Facilitate the end-to-end recruitment process;
- Manage the termination process – exit interviews;
- Support the Senior Leadership Team to cultivate a culture that supports the organisation's values;
- Lead the talent review: talent Identification and Succession Plans management, calibration sessions;
- Lead the salary review and compensation and benefits analysis;
- Be part of general transversal projects;
- Secure the legal framework;
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with people across the business whilst ultilising different mediums
You will also need;
- Formal qualifications in a related discipline.
- At least 5 years' experience in a similar position.

- Ability to challenge and have impact on decisions
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
