Lead Generator – Renewable Energy

Are you confident, outgoing, and passionate about renewable energy? Nexen Energy Solutions is looking for motivated Lead Generators to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who loves talking to people, enjoys hitting targets, and wants to make a real impact in the clean energy industry.
What You'll Do
- Generate new customer leads through calls, door-knocking, events, and online channels.
- Qualify prospects for solar, battery storage, and EV charging solutions.
- Book appointments for our Sales Representatives to close deals.
- Represent Nexen Energy Solutions at community events and trade shows.
- Work towards achievable weekly and monthly lead targets.
What We're Looking For
- Excellent communication skills and a positive, professional attitude.
- Confidence in approaching and engaging with people.
- Previous lead generation or telemarketing experience (preferred but not essential).
- A genuine interest in renewable energy.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and reliable.
