We are a healthcare organisation with three core service arms: a multidisciplinary health clinic (Sydney CBD), a First Aid service provider, and an NDIS provider. **Role Summary**

**Position**: Healthcare Practice Manager & Executive Assistant
**Location**: Sydney CBD
**Type**: Full Time - No option for work from home
**Salary**: $70,000 + Bonus

**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee daily clinic operations and manage staff.
- Provide executive support to the CEO, including scheduling, travel arrangements, and project management.
- Manage financial tasks, including payment processing, invoicing, settling accounts and lodging claims.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Improve clinic efficiency and patient satisfaction.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- Experience in healthcare management or clinic administration.
- Experience providing executive support to senior leadership.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Knowledge of healthcare and billing processes.
- Proficiency in healthcare management software, Google-suite and Microsoft Office.

**Preferred Skills**
- Experience supporting C-suite executives in the healthcare sector.
- Certification favourable

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Supplementary Pay:

- Performance bonus

**Experience**:

- Personal assistant: 2 years (preferred)
- Practice management: 2 years (preferred)
