At Urban Physiotherapy and Pilates, we are dedicated to providing exceptional healthcare services to individuals seeking rehabilitation, pain relief, and improved physical well-being. We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic Practice Manager to join our team. As the Practice Manager, you will play a crucial role in promoting our services, engaging with our community, and enhancing the overall patient experience.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Marketing Strategy and Management:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and attract new clients.
- Create and manage marketing content across various platforms, including digital and traditional channels.
- Monitor marketing trends, analyse data, and make recommendations for optimising content and campaigns.

2. Community Engagement:

- Act as a liaison between the clinic and the local community, building relationships with relevant organisations, businesses, and influencers.
- Plan and organise community outreach events, workshops, and partnerships to promote our services and educate the community on the benefits of physiotherapy and Pilates.

3. Patient Relationship Management:

- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the patient experience, from initial contact to post-treatment follow-up.
- Collect and analyse patient feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
- Utilise CRM software to manage patient records, appointments, and communications effectively.

4. Marketing and Promotion:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns, both online and offline.
- Assist in the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and newsletters.
- Monitor and track the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, providing regular reports and recommendations.

5. Team Collaboration:

- Work closely with the clinic's healthcare professionals to understand their expertise and areas of specialisation, effectively promoting their services.
- Collaborate with the administrative team to ensure seamless patient scheduling and coordination.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in marketing management, preferably in the healthcare or wellness industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of marketing channels, analytics tools, and trends.
- Ability to create engaging and creative content.
- Experience in event planning and community outreach.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
- Passion for healthcare, physiotherapy, and Pilates.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
