**Your Role**: An opportunity has arisen to join our company as a Manager Healthcare Controlling. You will be part of our global healthcare company where your primary responsibility will be to partner with ANZ Business in developing and implementing Strategic Planning and Country Brand Planning. Steer Rolling Forecasting processes with focus on key business drivers: Sales, P&L, Working Capital and Capital expenditure. In addition, perform financial evaluation of business cases, investment opportunities and resource allocation decisions. Prepare monthly and quarterly financial business analysis and build and update rolling and year-end forecasts. Support Country Finance / Business Services organization in month-end and year-end closing processes (assessing accruals, need for provisions) and serve as key point of contact for all business-related questions. Collaborate with all other enabling functions such as but not exclusively: Access & Pricing, Supply Chain and Business Insights. Take responsibility in projects such as changes in operating model, reorganisation, business integrations etc. The key to your success will be your ability to be a trusted partner for the Healthcare business unit in ANZ and able to work productively with regional partners to achieve successful business outcomes. You will be considered a true 'expert' in your field, and be an active participant in the Senior Leadership Team forum.

**Who you are**:

- Bachelor's degree or higher, Masters' degree preferred (Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or Economics preferred)
- Previous working experience in Finance or Controlling (8-10 years) in a matrix organisation
- Experience working as member of senior leadership team in pharmaceutical industry
- Possess Leadership skills and ability to operate effectively when addressing critical and challenging situations
- Critical to your success will be your communication/interpersonal/change management skills
- Your ability to translate business conversations into financial and translate complex/large volumes of data/information into a simple story will allow you to build strong credibility with your stakeholders
- Proactive in your collaboration style coupled with your ability to influence the narrative, and ability to see strategic gaps from the financial view and make concise recommendations leading to informed decisions
