We are looking for a **Practice Manager** to lead our highly skilled team in delivering exceptional patient experiences in our state of the art practice. **Your Role**:
As our Practice Manager, you will be the heartbeat of our practice, ensuring smooth operations and a positive work environment. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations, overseeing the team, and implementing effective processes to enhance our services.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Overseeing daily operations, including patient scheduling, staff management, and inventory control.
- Financial management including budgeting, revenue generation, forecasting, and accounting.
- Maintaining compliance with all industry regulations and standards.
- Training, mentoring, and developing staff to ensure consistent patient care.
- Serving as the primary point of contact for vendors, suppliers, and other external partners.
- Implementing strategies to improve operational efficiency and patient satisfaction.
- Improving customer service processes and delivering customer service targets
- Addressing and resolving any patient concerns or complaints professionally.

**Requirements**:

- **Knowledge of dental regulations and compliance** standards.
