The Role
We're looking for a confident relationship builder with a passion for healthcare and technology to join our Sydney team.
As our Account Manager – Healthcare, you'll manage and grow relationships across private medical practices, specialist clinics, and allied health providers, acting as both a trusted advisor and customer success partner.
In this role, you'll:
- Build strong, trusted relationships with clients across the healthcare sector
- Proactively identify client pain points and coordinate resolutions with service delivery teams
- Conduct regular account reviews to ensure satisfaction and uncover growth opportunities
- Translate IT and digital solutions into meaningful business outcomes for healthcare clients
- Leverage efex IT stack, including Modern Workplace, Cloud, Cybersecurity, and Unified Communications, to recommend tailored solutions
- Stay informed on emerging healthcare technologies, compliance requirements, and workflow trends
- Collaborate closely with Service Delivery Managers, Engineers, and Project Teams to ensure seamless service
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in account management, customer success, or practice management within a healthcare environment
- Strong understanding of healthcare operations, patient flow, and administrative processes
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to translate technical concepts into clear business benefits
- A proactive mindset and genuine interest in improving practice efficiency and patient outcomes
- Flexibility to support clients outside standard business hours when required
Bonus points for:
- Experience in an MSP or IT solutions environment
- Familiarity with Practice Management Software (e.g. Genie, Best Practice, Medical Director, Clinic to Cloud)
- Knowledge of healthcare billing systems, compliance frameworks, or integrations
