About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic Practice Manager with strong healthcare experience to join our Sydney Clinic, NSW on a full-time basis. In this pivotal role, you will lead day-to-day clinic operations, support business growth, and ensure our team delivers exceptional patient care and client service.

Key Responsibilities

Reporting to the Operations Manager - NSW/ACT, you will:

  • Oversee all aspects of daily practice operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
  • Coordinate and liaise with doctors and clinical teams
  • Manage accounts, budgets, and financial processes
  • Lead, mentor, and support administration and nursing staff
  • Drive high-quality patient service and communication
  • Develop business opportunities, particularly in Occupational Health services
About You

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

  • Proven leadership experience within healthcare (General Practice or Occupational Health preferred)
  • Strong people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
  • Proficiency in medical software (desirable, training available)
  • Solid computer and organisational skills
