**Role Description**

We’re looking for an energetic and bubbly Office Coordinator to support the company with front of house ownership and varied administrative tasks. You will be the face of our Melbourne office whilst championing the RP Infrastructure brand and ensuring the day-to-day office tasks are running smooth and effectively.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

- Front of house reception duties such as attending to external visitors, staff, clients and visitors in a helpful, courteous, timely and professional manner.
- Ensuring all incoming phone calls are attended to in a prompt and courteous manner.
- Take pride in maintaining the office to be functioning, clean, tidy and well-organised.
- Manage staff travel and accommodation bookings including the coordination of ‘back-of-house’ payments and processes (eg. company travel credit cards).
- Inductions of new staff regarding administrative systems and OH&S procedures.
- Coordinate stationery orders, office supplies, and equipment purchases.
- Coordinate office repairs and maintenance requests.
- Provide advice and support to staff regarding IT matters including assistance with the MS Office suite, SharePoint, connectivity, printers and the company IT network.
- Set-up meeting rooms and ensure refreshments and catering needs have been met.
- Assist with ad hoc admin duties to support various teams including marketing tasks, CV formatting, and organising internal events such as assisting the ‘RPI Health & Wellbeing’ committee.

Due to the diversity in this role, we are seeking applicants who take ownership and pride in the presentation of the office and bring a ‘no task too big or small’ attitude. You will work closely with the Senior Office Coordinator and Management team whilst ensuring confident communication, a passion for organisation and a keen eye for detail.

Ideally you will have proven experience in previously supporting a corporate business with Office Coordination duties.

The attributes that will ensure your success in this role include:

- You’re a team player with a genuine desire to support others.
- A positive attitude with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- A sense of when to take initiative and work independently to complete tasks.
- Friendly with a professional attitude.
- Punctual and reliable.
- A willingness and eagerness to be hands-on and take on new tasks, no matter how big or small.

As an Office Coordinator at RP Infrastructure, you’ll also receive:

- The ability to broaden your Administration experience and take your career to the next level.
- A strong, supportive management team that cares about YOU. We’re passionate about what we do, and we’re proud to prioritise the development of our staff.
- Access to events, activities and initiatives driven by our popular Health & Wellbeing + Diversity & Inclusion committees (think: trips to Luna Park, AFL matches, the Australian Open, team dinners/drinks, bowling, boat parties and much more
