**The Role**

The objective of the role is to partner with our Program Manager and Project Managers to prepare comprehensive action plans, including resources, timeframes and budgets for projects. You will perform various coordinating tasks, like scheduling and risk management, change impact statements, presentations for proposed initiatives, along with administrative duties, like maintaining project documentation.

**Reporting to the Program Manager, the Project Coordinator role will encompass**:

- Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information
- Liaise with key stakeholders to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives
- Identify and document risks and opportunities
- Oversee project financial documentation
- Monitor project progress against timeline and document any issues that arise
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation in planview and reports in powerpoint

**About You**

The successful applicant will be a dynamic and inclusive leader with the ability to manage in large, complex healthcare environments. The role requires the ability to lead strategic initiatives and to foster positive workforce culture whilst focussing on the relationship between key stakeholders.

**Essential Criteria**:

- Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role (2+ years)
- Intermediate MS Office skills - particularly excel and powerpoint
- Higher education in Project Management or Business
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
