**The Role**

Reporting to the EA you will be responsible for a variety of administrative and office coordination duties, whilst being the first point of contact for the office.

You will also be responsible for:

- Diary and appointment management
- Assist the EA with admin duties
- Attend to reception including greeting clients and visitors to the office
- Screen telephone calls, enquiries and requests and handling them where appropriate
- Prepare meeting rooms for internal and external meetings, manage meeting room diaries and assist
- Manage meeting rooms and kitchen cleanliness and presentation
- Booking travel and accommodation
- Coordinate and mange records and databases
- General office management and administration tasks

**About You**:
Proven experience as a similar role, with a minimum of 2+ years experience. This role would suit someone with the desire to step into an EA role in the future.
- Ability to demonstrate a high level of organisational skills including prioritising and multi-tasking
- Able to prepare written documentation clearly and accurately
- Sound knowledge of and experience with computer-based systems including Microsoft Office
- Strong interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills
