**The Role**:
This part-time position is designed to perfectly fit around your university schedule or parenting duties, offering flexible working hours of 2-3 hours per day. As an assistant, you will play a crucial role in managing client communications and organizing documentation, ensuring that our clients' experiences are positive and well-coordinated.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Uploading documents and maintaining organized client files.
- Scheduling appointments and meetings between the migration agent and clients.
- Any additional administrative tasks to support the migration agent.

**About You**:

- Currently in Year 2 or beyond of your university degree or
- A parent looking to return to the workforce and seeking flexible hours around children.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Empathetic and client-focused, with a professional demeanor.
- Interest in migration law or a related field is a plus,
- Familiarity with basic office software and digital communication tools.
