Located in the CBD, this is a permanent full-time position for an individual who can provide a proactive approach and experience within the insurance (defendant) space.

The Opportunity

An opportunity has arisen for a diligent, proactive, and hardworking law clerk/paralegal to support this highly successful CTP team.

Tasks will include:

- Discovery
- Inspection of documents
- File reviews
- Bring ups
- Reminders
- Referral letters
- Collating briefs to counsel
- Collating appeal books (when necessary)
- Sending mail
- Preparing subpoenas
- Site inspections.

About you
- 3+ years experience in a legal support role (Secretary/Assistant/Clerk/Paralegal)
- A proactive approach and a high attention to detail
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong knowledge of MS Office
- Ability to meet competing deadlines
