**About the Role**

We are searching for a full-time **Paralegal **to join our busy and growing Family Law team.

This role will take responsibility for providing efficient and proactive support through drafting correspondence and documentation, managing the eCourts portal, conducting legal research and fact gathering, preparing briefs to counsel, assist in preparing for trial, assist in interviewing witnesses and proactively supporting lawyers in ad-hoc paralegal tasks.

**About You**

We are looking for a motivated and collaborative individual with a positive and energetic attitude who has an interest and previous paralegal experience in Family Law.

To be successful, you will have experience in the above-mentioned responsibilities and bring with you:

- Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple competing priorities.
- Strong organisation and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a team.
