We are seeking a Paralegal/Law Clerk to join this firm in their property settlements team based on a 3 week assignment.

**Your duties will include**:
- Draft documents and correspondence
- Liaise with clients, agents, banks and solicitors
- Calculate settlement figures
- Contribute to the ongoing refinement of systems and processes
- Land Title searches
- Assistance with the support team (secretarial hub)
- At least 2 years' experience working in a Paralegal/Secretarial role in a law firm
- Self-motivation and the ability to multi-task and manage deadlines
- Exceptional client service
- The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- The ability to confidently liaise with internal and external parties
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
