This business has ambitious plans for growth both locally and overseas. **The Opportunity**
This position is responsible for recruitment and onboarding franchisees in line across Australia and New Zealand. Working as part of a close-knit team and working effectively with stakeholders across the business, you will:

- Drive and manage the end to end franchise recruitment process.
- Represent the brand in the market.
- Implement advertising plans in accordance with the distribution strategy where franchisees are required.
- Create and update all the required marketing, financial and process documents to attract the required pipeline of franchisees to the network that align with the distribution plan.
- Partner with the Head of Marketing to ensure all tactics and materials reflect the brand.
- Drive continual process improvement across the franchise recruitment process.
- Ensure all new franchisees have a positive onboarding experience, with an adequate training plan in place to support their ongoing success.
